Polytechnic Institute

The fourth tier of Science Station development, a Polytechnic Institute is a large and prestigious research facility which makes significant contributions toward learning and innovation within the empire. Its base Sensors have greater range than those of Star Labs and Research Bases, and it can support up to additional fourteen Modules, including Habitats, Docks, Warehouses, Alien Habitats, Labs and Sensors.
