The Suul'ka are a race which were previously encountered by some of the races. They enslaved the Liir, fought the Morrigi and created the Zuul. The Liir created a bioweapon tailored to Suul'ka physiology which drove them from this section of the galaxy. They have now returned and allied themselves with a faction of the Zuul who remain loyal to their former masters.
